Due to continuing workload and expansion N&P Ltd are giving the opportunity to join our established and growing business. Experience is in the Mechanical and Electrical Industry is essential to this role.
The successful candidate must:
- Have 3 years’ experience (Desirable)
- Be fully qualified to AAT Level 4
- Experience of Sage essential, Sage 50 Professional and Payroll
- Be proficient in Excel
- Ability to work methodically, attention to detail, flexible, strong organisation skills and hands-on approach.
- Be hard working, organized, accountable and punctual.
The responsibilities of the successful applicants may include:
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Credit Control
- Payroll duties
- To be responsible for all reconciliations
- Ensuring all month end tasks and reports are produced in a timely manner
- Weekly and monthly reports to Directors
- Oversee all month end processes
- Prepare and submitting quarterly VAT return and analysis
Applicants should be able to work to deadlines, be focused, passionate about their work and have the ability to work under pressure when needed. Salary and other incentives for all positions would be negotiable according to experience.
