Purchase Ledger/Payroll Clerk
Due to continuing workload and expansion N&P Ltd require applicants for the above position.
Experience is necessary with good background knowledge of Purchase Ledger and Payroll.
The successful candidate must:
- Have 2 years’ experience in a relevant position(Desirable but not essential)
- Be proficient in Excel
- Have good knowledge and experience with Sage
- Be hard working, organized, accountable and punctual.
The responsibilities of the successful applicants may include:
- Carrying out Purchase Ledger duties using Sage 50
- Carrying out Payroll duties, some aspects using Sage Payroll
- Inputting data working from a template
- Reporting on Excel
- Manual Batching
- General administrative duties
Applicants should be able to work to deadlines, be focused, passionate about their work and have the ability to work under pressure when needed. Salary and other incentives for all
positions would be negotiable according to experience.
